The upgrade from the original Komodo. Still keeping it’s compact size, but with a new 6k sensor. It uses CF-Express B media cards which allows for greatly improved frame rates - 80fps at 6k and 120fps at 4k, making this tiny beast a very capable A-cam, whilst staying lightweight for motion control systems.

4-axis Motion Control

This XY Pan/Tilt macro rig is capable of holding most, if not all cameras and most importantly, it can handle most high magnification macro lenses, such as the TS-160 Infiniprobe and Laowa Pro2Be. The individual axes are extremely smooth and moves can either be run live with the PS4 controller or programmed via an app. The rig can be mounted straight onto a 150mm bowl tripod for tabletop setups or underslung with scaffolding and 2x 150mm tripods to get the lens to floor-level.

Kessler cineshooter macro motion control rig

Live motion and pre-programmed camera movements controlled via PS4 controller, phone, tablet or laptop. The Kessler Cineshooter comes with a 5ft cineslider and focus motor, allowing for pan/tilt, tracking and focus control. With the heavy duty support module, the Cineshooter can be used with fully rigged cinema cameras, including RED.

It can also be used as a time-lapse rig - with the ability to shoot multiple time-lapses at the same time!

Zeapon Micro 3 E1000

This highly portable electronic slider is perfect for positions where larger sliders cannot fit. It has a moving distance of 107cm and is very smooth, making it ideal for macro shooting. It can take a payload of 12kg and can be orientated horizontally, inclined or even vertically with a 4kg payload. I’ve had a motor mount built so that I can use the Kessler Cineshooter head on this slider.

Infiniprobe Robusto Lite TS-160

The TS-160 is a macro probe lens with the ability to replicate the high magnification of microscope elements. The lens comes with two different tips; the macro lens (0-4x magnification) and the Micro HM tip (0-16x magnification). The kit also comes with a 45 degree prism, making it easier to film ground level subjects.

Teradek 500 XT

Teradek is the perfect option for wireless video transmission for use with motion control systems where you don’t want cables snagging and causing vibrations in the footage. It is also necessary when using a camera as a remote head or on a jib, transmitting up to 500 feet. This model functions via SDI.

Tilta nucleus m

2 channel remote focus system with the ability to control both focus and zoom. Comes with run/stop cables for RED DSMC2 cameras, RED Komodo, and Sony cameras to trigger the record function remotely.

Relio LEDs

3x small cube LED lights which are powered by USB are great for getting into tight spaces, and for spotlighting small subjects. Their light-weight allows them to be mounted onto turntables, where most tradition lights would neither fit, nor be light enough. They also come with magnetic fibre optic attachments allowing lighting into small cracks and even underwater.

Fomex FL-600

A 1x1 bi-colour flexible LED light. It’s powerful enough to be a key light on most standard macro scenes and the hard light can easily replicate moon-light for night scenes. It can slot into the laptop compartment of a camera backpack and is powered by either mains or v-mount, making it highly versatile and useful for lighting on location.

20% brighter than it’s predecessor, this compact daylight balanced LED lamp is perfect for studio work. Powered by either high power V-lock or mains. The C300d II can be controlled via bluetooth and has built in lighting effects (such as “lightning”).
